Combined Media have teamed up with the RTE Guide yet again to help celebrate 50 years of John B. Keane's Sive. To help celebrate the occasion the RTE Guide is giving a free CD Rom of their radio recording of the play, produced and designed by Combined Media. The CD Rom also includes student notes for Leaving Certificate students.

The CD Rom is presented free with the RTE Guide to celebrate Seachtain na Gaeilge and is a fun and easy way to improve your Irish. The CR Rom was produced and designed by Combined Media.

Two Nominations For The Digital Media Awards

Digital Media Awards 2009 Nominations

Combined Media has been shortlisted in two categories at this years prestigious Digital Media Awards. Zoo Island, the interactive children's CD has been nominated in the best business to consumer section. The CD was developed for RTÉ in conjunction with Dublin zoo.

Taste Buds the food education teacher resource from Safefood is shortlisted in the best e-learning product section. This CD resource has been launched in the Republic of Ireland, and will be launched in Northern Ireland later in the year.

RTÉ Guide Exercise Your Mind CD

Following the success of the Dawn Chours and Zoo Island CDs (both of which where shortlisted for Digital Media Awards), the RTÉ Guide has again teamed up with Combined Media for a new title.

This time around the project takes a slightly different tack with the launch of 'Exercise Your Mind'. As the name suggests the CD contains a series of interactive games to test ability over a number of different mind exercises.

Users can try a number of challenges and advance up through levels of difficulty. They can also choose a programme-test which tracks their progress and then graphs their performance over a number of sessions. Previous CDs have seen a spike in sales for the Guide, so here's hoping the trend continues.
