June 2011 | In News + EducationCombined Media have developed an interactive teaching resource for Safefood and the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland. ‘Eat Taste and Grow’ aims to increase awareness among primary school children in Northern Ireland of the origins of their food and local produce, and the role this plays in healthy eating.

April 2011 | In News + EducationCombined Media collaborated with Touchpoint to create a state of the art touchscreen kiosk to be placed in the Moher Farm Visitor centre. Moher Farm (Co. Clare) is a well-known petting zoo in Ireland, and they decided to enlist the services of Combined Media and Touchpoint to create a more interactive visitor centre at their farm.

January 2011 | In News + Flash + EducationCombined Media are delighted to be shortlisted in two categories in the upcoming Digital Media Awards 2011. We have been again nominated in the Best in e-learning category for the EDCO Digital project – this won the same award last year but has been re-developed and now the second version with accompanying student version has been shortlisted again.
We have also been shortlisted in the B2C Innovation award for our work in the Harp multi-touch project. With our partner agencies, Touchpoint Interactive and Strategem, we built a flash based multi-touch multi-player game for mobile tables. Further details can be seen at: touchpoint.ie
